Surfacing putty, removal of diamond non-skid

Have the console ready for it's final sand, and I'm now working on finishing the hatches. After removing the un-kicked resin from last weeks blunder, I laid up the final hatch and filled in holes and large scratches/ dents/ etc with structual putty. Things are looking up.
