Poly and Epoxy do not mix

This has been a really steep learning curve for me. Prior to buying this boat, I have done absolutely no glass work at all. I ran out of the west system 105, and decided to try to finish the hatch with 3M Poly resin....this did not work. On top of that, my garage heater ran out of kerosene. Nothing kicked off completely. Let's try this agian.
